Lifespan NZ’s returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Sale of Goods Act 1908, and Fair Trading Act 1986 to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
1. Product Exchange and Refund
- Lifespan NZ will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund, provided the product is unopened and returned to Lifespan NZ within 7 days of receiving, in a saleable condition.
- Please ensure that you contact Lifespan NZ first before returning any items.
- Products for exchange must arrive in “as new” condition. Items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged.
- Product exchange/refund will begin when Lifespan NZ receive the returned product.
- No refund will be given if you simply change your mind.
2. Consumers Guarantee and Refund
- Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery and/or unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after 7 days.
- Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
3. Refund of Shipping Costs
- Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance.
- If you are returning because the item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.
